1. DATA COLLECTION
LogicDock collects the following information to provide the Service:
- User Information: Name, email, and phone number for administrative access.
- Company Data: Company name, industry details, and vessel specifications.
- Financial Data: Payment processing is handled securely via Square. LogicDock does not store full credit card numbers or bank credentials on its servers.
2. USE OF DATA
Your data is used strictly for:
- Providing and maintaining the LogicDock dashboard.
- Processing automated billing and invoices.
- Sending critical system alerts or maintenance notifications.
3. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
LogicDock utilizes isolated database environments for each company ("company_cloud"). We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your fleet data.
4. THIRD-PARTY SHARING
We do not sell or trade your data. Data is only shared with third-party providers (e.g., Square for payment processing) as necessary to fulfill the Service.
5. DATA RETENTION
Upon cancellation of service, LogicDock will retain company data for a period of 60 days to allow for account reactivation. After 60 days, data may be permanently purged from our active servers.
